> Sexualised messaging directed at or involving a minor
Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
> Exploitation, trafficking, or coercion of minors
> Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate offline harm to a child
> Any such activity will result in immediate action.
(2). Reporting Concerns
If you see or experience behaviour on the Educafe Community App that raises a child safety concern, you can:

> Email: itadmin@educafeuk.co.uk
Reports are reviewed promptly and treated seriously.
If a child is in immediate danger, users should contact emergency services directly (999 in the UK).
(3). Enforcement & Escalation
Where CSAE or child safety violations are suspected, Educafe CIC may:
> Immediately suspend or permanently remove accounts
> Remove content without notice
> Preserve evidence
> Report illegal activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA) or relevant law enforcement authorities
> Cooperate fully with safeguarding agencies
We reserve the right to take action without prior warning where necessary to protect children.
(4). Safeguarding Approach
As a UK community organisation working in public spaces, Educafe CIC is committed to:
> Safer recruitment and DBS-checked staff where appropriate
> Clear codes of conduct
> Safeguarding training for team members
