We are delighted to launch a new weekly therapeutic horticultural sessions every Friday between 2 – 4pm at the Nature Discovery Centre’s community garden.
We are keen to support local people and would love to connect with social prescribers who can signpost our sessions to those who need them.
Eligible participants are to be over 18 years old, with mild to moderate mental health problems such as, anxiety and depression.
Participants can get involved with:
- Organic gardening
- Growing food
- Creating wildflower gardens
- Wildlife surveys
Or simply join us in the garden for a cup of tea. All are welcome!
