Educafe

Seated Wellbeing

Free Seated Wellbeing sessions take place every Wednesday in term time from 1:30-2pm in the Carnegie Room, Newbury Library.

We have space for up to 12 participants. All levels and abilities are catered for in this friendly class.

We have 3 volunteer teachers who’ll ensure you’ll exercise and enjoy yourself at the same time.

There’s a suggested donation of £3 to those who feel they can afford to contribute and these are donated back to Educafe.

For more information about joining our Seated Wellbeing class please email info@educafeuk.co.uk

I’d like to volunteer to teach. How does that work?

Sign up to teach at least two free community classes per term and you will receive free Friends of Educafe membership.
