Five years of connection, learning and impact
What began as an ambition to create spaces for learning, collaboration and community has evolved into a growing ecosystem of educators, practitioners, organisations and changemakers united by a common purpose: helping people and communities thrive.
Over the last five years, Educafe has worked with community and educational organisations, local authority teams, businesses and independent health and wellbeing experts to create opportunities for connection,. Throughout this journey, one lesson has remained constant: meaningful change happens through relationships.
The report captures not only what we have delivered, but also what we have learned. It highlights the individuals and organisations that have trusted us, collaborated with us and helped shape our approach.
